A legal disclaimer

All bookings and payments are non-refundable unless discretionarily approved by Geometric Connections.

Refunds are considered only at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, civil unrest) do not entitle guests/clients to a refund.

Requests for discretionary refunds must be submitted in writing.

This policy is governed by South African law and applies internationally to all participants.
