1. Introduction:

Welcome to Geometric Connections (“we,” “our,” “us”). By engaging in any tours, experiences, subscriptions, or services, you (“guest” or “client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.

“Guest” and “Client” are used interchangeably.

These terms clarify expectations, protect both parties, and establish a legal foundation under South African law and international law.

2. Nature of Services:

We provide experience-based guided tours, adventures, and spiritual journeys.

Participation is voluntary, and guests/clients acknowledge they do so at their own risk.

Geometric Connections is not a registered tour operator, but possesses extensive knowledge of the locations and activities offered.

3. Confidentiality & Content Protection:

All content, including photos, videos, written materials, and private/proprietary collections, is confidential.

Guests/clients agree not to download, share, distribute, or misuse content without permission.

Media captured may be used for marketing only with explicit consent.

Breach may result in civil liability under South African intellectual property law or international copyright protections.

4. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk:

Guests/clients takes responsibility for all risks, including injury, illness, or property damage.

Guests/clients indemnify and hold harmless Geometric Connections, its owners, and associates from any claims arising from participation.

This waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted under South African law and international law, including negligence and civil liability claims.

5. Health & Fitness Requirements:

Guests/clients are responsible for assessing their own physical and mental readiness.

Geometric Connections is not a medical or therapeutic provider.

6. Respect & Conduct:

Guests/clients must treat fellow participants, staff, nature, and the environment with integrity.

7. Binding Agreement:

These Terms apply to all services, subscriptions, social media interactions, and future ventures.

Guests/clients agree not to pursue legal action for participation or access to proprietary content, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Legal Jurisdiction:

These Terms are governed primarily by South African law.

To the extent permitted, these Terms also apply under international law and for participants from other jurisdictions.

Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through dialogue, then under South African jurisdiction if unresolved.

9. Acknowledgment:

By booking or participating, guests/clients confirm they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
